Another beautiful yet busy day and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love Summertime and I love my hectic life. So much to do and the warmth just makes it better. I love what I do and if running kids here and there, taking care of a family, working and keeping up with the mowing and house work keeps you young, then I am Forever Young.

My busy days
There has been so much going on the last couple of weeks. I have hardly had time to sleep. I am hoping after this weekend things will slow down. I still have a busy end of week and weekend, but things are looking to be not so hectic. My mom had a Thirty-One Gifts Party Sunday and we had a ball. I am staying busy with that and I love it. My daughter has had appointments, I've been working extra and keeping things up to date. There aren't enough hours in the day. Hope you all have a great weekend and happy Mother's Day!

Made My Day
I had a lady make my day today. She commented on how pretty my nails are and told me that the color is perfect for my skin tone. This is after I was going to get them redone this evening because I thought that they were to dark. Sometimes it just takes a little kindness to make one feel really good:)

Girl's Night In

Spring
It is a beautiful day! I mowed some of my yard today and my wonderful hubby planted some plants. I am so thankful for everything and my family! I love Spring time and working in my yard. I will put up pictures later.

Today
Been a good day...got my hair done, went shopping and am now at home and going to get ready to take the daughter out for dinner. Hubby is working so I guess we will have a girls evening out. I think that I feel like Mexican. Had Chinese last night. I am a sucker for foreign foods. I have been a little on the blah side lately, but with the birds chirpping and sun shining, I think I am coming out of the slump. Want to get out and do things, so as I said, this evening it will be dinner out and who knows what else we may get into.

Diaper Cake Order
I get to make my first diaper cake for someone else. My sister-in-law wants me to make one for her to give her cousin at her baby shower. It's a boy! I will work on it over the weekend.

I have been diagnosed with having a Cardiomyopathy.
Cardiomyopathy, which literally means "heart muscle disease," is the deterioration of the function of the myocardium (i.e., the actual heart muscle) for any reason. People with cardiomyopathy are often at risk of arrhythmia or sudden cardiac death or both.[1]

My Daughter
My daughter Cayle is 13. She is a beautiful girl and is full of energy. She was recently diagnosed as having ODD. It is a struggle everyday on my part and hers. There is not many known facts about ODD and not a lot of info is available on it. I have had to learn to cope with it and it is very hard. I love her with all my heart and seeing her like this is very heartbreaking. She had a great weekend with only one incident which is great. I am constantly reading books and trying to get info on ODD. It is so sad to watch her going through with what she is going through.

Diaper Cake
I made a Diaper Cake for a friend who is having a baby! It is my first one. It is so neat! It makes a great Shower gift! I will be making more for more friends!
Snow
I am ready for Spring, but the snow is beautiful! We have about 13"...the second big snow for us this Winter. We are not used to no more than 2 or 3" at a time. Winter will be over before we know it so I'll enjoy it while it is here. We woke up to the sun shining so pretty and it is beautiful against the snow. I guess this will be a lazy day. Should be doing things around the house, but I will probably just lay around and do nothing. Everyone needs one of those days once in a while. I hope everyone has a great day and stay warm!

Thanks
I have been resting a few days after having a heart catheterization. No blockages were found, but on the 27th I go for an MRI to see if they can find out why my heart is so weak. I have had many friends and my family praying for me...thank you all! I love you all so very much!

Social Networking Sites
1.There are lots of social networking sites on the web. One thing that I have found is that some of them have no one looking for a business, only advertising them. For most people, the best thing to do is join sites that have people looking for businesses. Search the site, become friends with people...build a relationship. Google *Social Networking Site, *Friend Social Networking Sites, *(your hobbies) Social Networking Site, *Work At Home Social Networking Site
There is Facebook, myspace, Ryze, Squidoo, bukisa, yahoo groups, ning groups, cafemom, twitter and many, many more.
2. You can have as many Social Networking Sites as you would like, just don't overwhelm yourself. Make sure that you can keep up with each of them. You want to be consistent with each site. Try to get on each site at least 5 days a week and add or update info and see if you have any new activity...new friend requests, new messages, etc.
3. Your profile is very important. You want to build a profile that catches people's eyes. Tell about yourself, your interests, your hobbies, etc. If you work from home, tell your success stories, why you work from home, your personal stories. Tell about your business. Add pictures...make it stand out.
4. You will want to search the site and find friends that you have something in common with. You will want to chat with these people and make friends with them. One thing will lead to another and you will soon be discussing your business with them and getting them interested in what you do. You can't just post ads, you have to build relationships with people. Find people that are having Birthdays or an Anniversary and wish them a happy birthday or congrats.
