Back
Wow, time does fly. I have been so super busy and dealing with everyday things and had no idea it had been so long since I was here. I have opened my shop and while still working I don't know if I'm coming or going sometimes but wouldn't trade it for anything. My little girl started her Sophomore year of high school a few weeks ago and that keeps me busy, my baby boy moved out, but of course still needs mama. Mark has a job that he loves but works a lot which is o.k. and I have gotten used to doing a lot of things without him being around a lot. I am doing great, started making my own tarts and candles and some other things for my shop. I don't get a lot of sleep but I am happy and I take one day at a time. I have a lot of goals and I want to have them all reached by the end of next year. Lots of goals so a little bit of extra time.I want to start some classes on doll making and a few other things. For now, I am pushing myself to accomplish all the things I've always wanted. Til next time...which will be soon I hope!

Another beautiful yet busy day and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love Summertime and I love my hectic life. So much to do and the warmth just makes it better. I love what I do and if running kids here and there, taking care of a family, working and keeping up with the mowing and house work keeps you young, then I am Forever Young.

My busy days
There has been so much going on the last couple of weeks. I have hardly had time to sleep. I am hoping after this weekend things will slow down. I still have a busy end of week and weekend, but things are looking to be not so hectic. My mom had a Thirty-One Gifts Party Sunday and we had a ball. I am staying busy with that and I love it. My daughter has had appointments, I've been working extra and keeping things up to date. There aren't enough hours in the day. Hope you all have a great weekend and happy Mother's Day!

Made My Day
I had a lady make my day today. She commented on how pretty my nails are and told me that the color is perfect for my skin tone. This is after I was going to get them redone this evening because I thought that they were to dark. Sometimes it just takes a little kindness to make one feel really good:)

Girl's Night In
I am having a Girl's Night In on 4/16. We are going to do make-overs, our hair and nails and one of the girl's is doing a Thirty-One gifts Party...all in one night. It is going to be a blast. Probably be about 20 of us here. It is going to be a night of being with friends and having a great time.
